FAQ
Common questions before you call or request a quote.
Use these answers to gather truck details, choose the right starting point, and decide whether to call first or send a quote request.

Are installations by appointment?
Yes. Most installations are performed by appointment. Call the shop with questions anytime during business hours, or use the quote request form when you are ready to share vehicle details.
What information should I send for a quote?
Send the vehicle year, make, model, what you want done, what is currently on the truck, and the best way to contact you.
Do photos help?
Yes. Photos help the shop understand the truck, the current setup, and the area where the work would be installed.
What photos are useful?
Whole truck, side profile, bed and tailgate area, current parts, product labels, wheel and tire details, and close-ups of the install area are useful.
What if I do not know which service I need?
Call the shop or choose Not Sure Yet on the quote request form. A quick conversation may be easier when the project crosses categories.
Can I ask about more than one upgrade?
Yes. If the project includes more than one upgrade, describe the full truck plan so the shop can see how the pieces connect.
Should I call or use the quote request page?
Call if you want to talk it through first. Use the quote request page when you are ready to send vehicle details and notes about what you want done.
What vehicle details matter?
Year, make, model, trim, bed length, cab style, current tire size, existing parts, and current setup may help depending on the request.
Can I send product info or part numbers?
Yes. Product names, labels, box photos, part numbers, or links can help the shop understand what you are considering.
Do you work with camper shells?
After Shock Performance helps customers with camper shell questions, LEER shell requests, bed coverage, bed access, and related truck-bed details.
Do you help with lifts, bed covers, lighting, and accessories?
Yes. The site includes pages for LEER camper shells, lift kits, lowering kits, bed covers, lighting and wiring, suspension services, and truck accessories. Most installations are by appointment, and most parts are purchased through After Shock.
Still unsure?
Call the shop if the truck plan does not fit one clean service.
A quick call can help you decide what to send before filling out the quote request.
